Built around 400 AD Basilica Chrysopolitissa is one of the oldest Christian churches in the world. Saint Paul taught Christianity here, which makes it one of the most visited churches on the island. The remains of Chrisopolitissa, ayia Kiriaki church, saint Pauls pillar, the remains of a Roman Catholic church and nearby Ottoman baths (not related to the site) lie just 2 km from your very own Downtown Park accommodation.
